The 5 Rules To Success In Network Marketing

Network marketing seems to be full of failures at over 97%! Why is that? Why are 3% of networkers earning
all the money in this lucrative industry? Most people think it's some secret that they won't tell anyone else. There is no secret and it all comes down to these simple 5 steps that you can use starting this very moment to succeed in network marketing.
Here are the 5 steps to success I have laid out and will touch on each briefly.
1) Focus on your goal- You know that only 3% of people actually write down their goals. Is this a coincidence that only 3% make the money in networking? Why are you doing your business? You have to come up with something that is going to help you make it through the rejection and the turbulent times. Having a goal so big that it scares you will put you on the right track. If you do not have a definite aim on why you want success then you will never make any money in your business. I highly suggest writing down daily goals,monthly goals, and yearly goals.

2) Grow your network daily- Network marketing is of course about networking. How many people are you connecting with on a daily basis? Set a goal of how many people you will connect with on a daily basis. There are tons of ways to connect with people on and offline. For offline I highly suggest joining a networking group and attend networking events to get out and meet new people. Online I recommend Facebook you have over 500 million people to talk to there! If you at least connect with 5 people a day and do it consistently you will explode your network.
3) Focus on simple duplicating tasks- The key to success in any network marketing business is duplication. If your doing things that your team can't do then they cannot duplicate your efforts. Do daily tasks that anyone in your downline can do. The less complicated the better. I like the saying low tech equals big check! Do not reinvent the wheel if you have a system that works keep doing it as long as the rest of your team can too. Expose your business consistently and on a daily basis. If your not telling people about or marketing your business on a daily basis then you have no business. Don't forget the marketing in network marketing. There are very easy ways to get your business in front of people each and every day.
4) Generate momentum- Your goal when you sponsor a new person is to get them a check ASAP. With all of the pre launches all over the internet people will jump ship if their not making money. Help your people get paid and they will stay with you! Get them off to a fast start and help them. I see it too often where people sponsor new distributors and leave them out to dry. That's the reason network marketing gets a bad rap.
5) Build a community and loyalty- Get your team involved with your company. This means getting them to weekly events,meetings, and of course company conventions. People who stay plugged in are always the top producers. How many top earners do you not see at training events? Even if they have heard it a million times they will be there because they might learn something new.
How hard was that? If everyone just followed these simple steps over time it would have the butterfly effect. The more consistent you stay the more you get paid!
